The Fairgrounds is located across from the Centerfield Gate at Nationals Stadium at 1299 Half Street SE, Washington, DC 20003.

Constructed entirely of 90+ refurbished, brightly painted shipping crates, the open air setup looks like someone was playing with Legos. The Fairgrounds has three elongated wraparound bars, one main music stage, and space for food trucks to host its many pop-up celebrations, festivals, concerts, and Sunday family days.

DC CIRCULATOR

Union Station–Navy Yard Route via Capitol Hill. The Circulator costs only $1 and runs every 10 minutes weekdays 6am – 9pm, Saturdays from 7am – 9pm, with extended weekend and evening service for Nationals game days. 

Bus

Multiple Metro bus routes including the A42, A46, A48, P1, P2, V7, V8, V9 have stops along M Street, SE. Visit the Metrobus website here for bus route map and hours of operation.

General Ticket Questions

What comes with my ticket?

A General Admission ticket includes access to the All American Beer Fest, unlimited beer tastings, live entertainment, free event pictures, access to game zone, a sampling cup, and more. A VIP admission ticket includes everything in the General Admission plus 1 hour-early entry into the festival and a private VIP area with exclusive VIP restrooms.

Can I get a refund if I cannot attend the event?

Tickets are not refundable, but tickets holders may transfer tickets to someone else on their own. Tickets are transferred by printing out the ticket and handing it to the person of your choice.

If I bought a General Admission ticket, can I upgrade to VIP?

Upgrades are based on availability. Email contact@projectdcevents.com and reference upgrade in the subject line. One of our customer service representatives will assist you.

Can I upgrade my ticket on the day of the event?

You will need to speak with a staff representative at the ticket counter. Upgraded tickets will be based on availability.

Can I purchase a ticket at the day of the event?

Yes, however tickets will only be available while supplies last and subject to a price increase on the day of the event. In the case of a sellout, tickets will not be available on the festival day.

Can someone under 21 attend?

Sorry, the festival is strictly 21+. No one under 21 years of age will be admitted, no exceptions.

May I attend both sessions?

Yes, but you must purchase a ticket for each session. The festival grounds will be cleared prior to the second session, and each person will need a ticket to get back into each session.

Are group rates available?

Festival Questions

What kinds of beer are being offered?

There will be tons of different types of beer with a wide range of variety for all types of beer lovers. Many breweries will feature their summer seasonals. For a current list of participating breweries, click on the breweries tab.

Will there be any gluten free options?

Yes! We plan on having a selection of ciders and gluten free beers.

Can I re-enter the festival if I leave?

Unfortunately, there is a no re-entry policy.

Will there be food?

Yes, there will be plenty of food. We have hand selected some of the best local food trucks and vendors from DC and Arlington!

Day of Questions

What do I need to bring

Besides your fun self, bring your printed ticket along with a drivers license or other valid, government issued 21+ photo ID. Attendees without a ticket or ID will not be admitted to the event.

Will the event be cancelled?

Only in the most extreme conditions. The event organizers reserve the right to cancel the event in extreme conditions with no refunds. If the cancellation occurs prior to the commencement of the event, attendees will be notified of the cancellation by email.

What do I wear?

We recommend rocking red, white and blue, or anything else that best represents our independence!

Do I have to attend the session on my ticket or can I switch?

Sorry, you must attend the session you originally purchased. If you need to change your session prior to the event, email contact@projectdcevents.com and a representative will assist you. Sessions are based on availability.
